Hourly Rate
Our posted hourly rate applies to standard service work, with a 1.5-hour minimum. This minimum covers travel, diagnostic time, and the initial repair work so we can properly assess and address the issue on the first visit.
This rate is intended for single-visit or as-needed service calls.
If you are a contractor, property management company, or have ongoing work or quoted project scopes, please note that this rate may not apply. Volume clients and planned project work operate under separate pricing structures — please contact us for the appropriate rates.

Covers essential consumables such as cleaning products, sealants, glues, tape, rags, and other materials used to complete the work properly.Disposal Fees — applied only when disposal is necessary.
Covers removal and proper handling of large or heavy items such as toilets, hot water tanks, debris, and other waste requiring transport to a disposal facility.Parking — applied only when paid parking is necessary.
Covers the incurred costs of visiting your property to complete work. The value of the fee is only what we pay for.

This allows us to maintain, transport, and operate the tools needed to complete your project correctly — without cutting corners or creating delays. Whether it’s press tools for heat-free gas and water lines, or drain-cleaning and inspection equipment to confirm a blockage is cleared and working properly, we use the proper tools to ensure the problem is solved — not just improved temporarily.
